What Does A Chakra Meditation Do For Me?

Strengthening your chakras can help you find balance in your life and improve your senses and happiness. It helps you fight stress and find inner peace.

Chakra meditation is an excellent way to revitalize yourself from the inside out.

You will feel your body recharged, and your mind and soul will be clear.

I’m going to introduce you to my way of chakra meditation.

It works for me, and I’m sure it is going to work for you as well.

Don’t worry. You can’t do anything wrong.

The effect of this meditation increases with time.

The more you use it, the more you feel balanced and fulfilled.

How To Perform A Chakra Meditation

Like with any other meditation it is important you find a calm place where you feel good.

Make sure this place has relaxed energy and doesn’t remind you of any emotional events in your life.

When you start practicing chakra meditation it is good to have someone who can personally guide you in the beginning.

If you don’t have anyone available to you who knows chakra meditation, you can use one of the videos here at the end of this article.

When you feel comfortable doing the chakra meditation by your self, I recommend using the music from the first video below while meditating.

The aim of chakra meditation is to balance all your chakras and strengthen those who are weak.

You should feel more balanced at the end of the meditation. You should also feel peaceful and fulfilled.

Don’t try to rush into anything after the meditation is over. Take it slow and enjoy the effect of the meditation.

The Chakra Meditation Step By Step

  • Lower the lights if possible and sit down comfortably.
  • You can cross your legs, but if that is uncomfortable just sit comfortably in a chair.
  • Try to keep your spine straight but don’t put any efforts into it as it could stiffen your back.
  • Close your eyes.
  • Take a few deep abdominal breaths in and slowly out.
  • Start relaxing your whole body.
  • Imagine your body shooting down roots into the ground holding you firmly in your position.

Root Chakra

  • Take a deep breath and imagine you are breathing in through the bottom of your body where your Root Chakra is positioned. Imagine you are pulling in clean bright energy when breathing in. Feel how the energy rises up through your spine.
  • When you breathe out imagine a dark smoke leaving your body full of toxins and dark energy.
  • Breath normally for ca 10-15 seconds and imagine strong red light radiating from your Root Chakra as it gets charged with clean fresh energy.
  • Feel the connection to the ground and say to your self “I’m here” “I’m an eternal part of this world”
  • Repeat this pattern for 2 more times.
  • Now move on to your Sacral Chakra.

Sacral Chakra

  • Take a deep breath and imagine you are breathing in through the Sacral Chakra located about 3 inches below your navel at the center of your lower belly. 
  • Imagine you are pulling in clean bright energy when breathing in. 
  • When you breathe out imagine a dark smoke leaving your body full of toxins and dark energy.
  • Breath normally for ca 10-15 seconds and imagine strong orange-colored light radiating from your Sacral Chakra as it gets charged with clean fresh energy.
  • Feel the connection to the ground and say to your self “I feel” “My emotions are grounded in love”
  • Repeat this pattern for 2 more times.
  • Now move on to your Solar Plexus chakra

Solar Plexus Chakra

  • Take a deep breath and imagine you are breathing in through the Solar Plexus Chakra located in the center of the torso above the navel. 
  • Imagine you are pulling in clean bright energy when breathing in. 
  • When you breathe out imagine a dark smoke leaving your body full of toxins and dark energy.
  • Breath normally for ca 10-15 seconds and imagine strong yellow colored light radiating from your solar plexus chakra as it gets charged with clean fresh energy.
  • Feel the connection to the ground and say to your self “I am” “I exist and my life has a meaning”
  • Repeat this pattern for 2 more times.
  • Now move on to your Heart chakra.

Heart Chakra

  • Take a deep breath and imagine you are breathing in through the Heart Chakra located about at the center of your chest. 
  • Imagine you are pulling in clean bright energy when breathing in. 
  • When you breathe out imagine a dark smoke leaving your body full of toxins and dark energy.
  • Breath normally for ca 10-15 seconds and imagine strong green colored light radiating from your heart chakra as it gets charged with clean fresh energy.
  • Feel the connection to the ground and say to your self “I’m loved and I love” “Through love, I will live my life”
  • Repeat this pattern for 2 more times.
  • Now move on to your Throat chakra.

Throat Chakra

  • Take a deep breath and imagine you are breathing in through the Throat chakra located at the center of your neck.
  • Imagine you are pulling in clean bright energy when breathing in. 
  • When you breathe out imagine a dark smoke leaving your body full of toxins and dark energy.
  • Breath normally for ca 10-15 seconds and imagine strong blue colored light radiating from your Throat Chakra as it gets charged with clean fresh energy.
  • Feel the connection to the ground and say to your self “I express my self” “My voice is my connection to the world”
  • Repeat this pattern for 2 more times.
  • Now move on to your Solar Plexus chakra.at

Third Eye Chakra

  • Take a deep breath and imagine you are breathing in through the Third Eye Chakra located at the center of your forehead. 
  • Imagine you are pulling in clean bright energy when breathing in. 
  • When you breathe out imagine a dark smoke leaving your body full of toxins and dark energy.
  • Breath normally for ca 10-15 seconds and imagine strong purple-blue colored light radiating from your Third Eye Chakra as it gets charged with clean fresh energy.
  • Feel the connection to the ground and say to your self “I see” “My vision is clear and deep”
  • Repeat this pattern for 2 more times.
  • Now move on to your Crown Chakra.

Crown Chakra

  • Take a deep breath and imagine you are breathing in through the sacral chakra located at the top of your crown. 
  • Imagine you are pulling in clean bright energy when breathing in. 
  • When you breathe out imagine a dark smoke leaving your body full of toxins and dark energy.
  • Breath normally for ca 10-15 seconds and imagine strong deep violet-colored light changing to a bright white light radiating from your sacral chakra as it gets charged with clean fresh energy.
  • Feel the connection to the ground and say to your self “I am one with the universe” 
  • Repeat this pattern for 2 more times.
  • Breathe normally for a couple of minutes and open your eyes.

Summary

The chakra meditation can help you balance your self and get control of your emotions. 

It is a powerful form of meditation and helps you to stabilize your physical and emotional body, bringing peace and harmony to your life.

You can also use the chakra meditation whan you are developing skills to “see” the chakras. 

Seeing the chakras is not a conventional seeing like we do in daily life. 

It has been called Higher Sense Perception.
